The Council offers a wide variety of services to help facilitate the continued success, growth, and competitiveness of co-operatives and credit unions in New Brunswick. Whether you’re a new or existing co-operative, or are just interested in finding out more about how to start a co-op, the Council has something for you.

At the heart of all our work is community development. We endeavour to create social and economic benefits to community members while not harming the environment. Much of this depends on the creation of engaging educational programs for audiences at home and abroad. NEW BRUNSWICK SECRETARIAT FOR COMMUNITY NON-PROFIT ORGANIZATIONS:

A resource guide for voluntary, non-profit and community organizations.

SAINT JOHN COMMUNITY LOAN FUND:

“Investing in People; Investing in Community.” The SJCLF helps individuals create income, build assets and attain greater self-reliance.

SERVICE NEW BRUNSWICK:

Corporate Registry incorporates New Brunswick-based business corporations and non-profit companies, and registers partnerships and business names under which sole proprietorships and partnerships operate. In addition, extra-provincial corporations and businesses conducting business in New Brunswick are normally required to register with Corporate Registry. Corporate Registry maintains publicly available, up-to-date information on business and non-profit corporations and unincorporated business entities.
